CrossFit South Denver is the gym for Coloradans who are serious about improving their overall performance, general physical preparedness, body composition and quality of life. We work with professional athletes, weekend warriors, soccer moms, golfers, law enforcement personnel, firefighters, grandfathers, mixed martial artists, kids, business executives and just about everybody in between. We never ask you to do anything beyond your ability. Instead we have lots of ways to get you there through modifications to the exercises. Almost everyone uses some sort of modification. CrossFit is a nationally affiliated program developed by experts in functional fitness. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and LIFE reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. As a prospective member, we want to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision whether we’re a good fit for your fitness goals. Experience: CrossFit South Denver is the oldest CrossFit affiliate in Colorado.  With all those years comes extensive training experience for all ages and athletic backgrounds. It doesn’t matter who you are; we can work with you to get you to the level of fitness desired. Size: With over 9000 square feet of usable space, we are not a closet or garage CrossFit gym.  You won’t need to worry about whether someone will drop a bar on you or if you might hit the ceiling during overhead lifting or muscle-ups.  We have large open spaces at each facility ready for your use. Community: First and foremost, we are a community-based organization.  We are not just a gym. We are a collection of diverse individuals all coming together in the pursuit of optimal health.
