CrossFit South Denver Introductory “Elements” Program
CrossFit is an amazingly effective way to improve your overall fitness level using a wide range of functional exercises that you actually use out in the world. However, as CrossFit is a radically different approach to fitness than most traditional gyms, it generally takes some time and guidance from CrossFit instructors to get beginners to a point where they can safely and effectively participate in our group classes. We have developed our introductory “elements” program to make your transition as smooth and enjoyable possible!
Our Elements program consists of three one-hour sessions that will provide you with the basic skills you’ll need to participate in our Workout of the Day (“WOD”) . These classes will be led by a certified CrossFit trainer, who will work with you to build your understanding of the different movements, as well as teach you how to scale more difficult movements to your ability level.

While you will be required to complete all of the Elements classes prior to participating in our group workout classes, it is important to note that each of your elements classes will finish with a workout that will concentrate on the movements you learned in that session. The Elements classes include:
