How to Join
Hello and thank you for your interest in CrossFit South Denver! Whatever your exercise background and fitness level, we can help you reach your fitness goals. If you are out of shape, in shape but needing a change from your current routine, or an elite athlete trying to get to the next level, our exercise program will help you excel in your sport and in life.
Please have a look around our website, which includes a description of our introductory “elements” program, and price list.
What’s next? If you haven’t tried a workout with us yet, please do so. You’re more than welcome to attend our Saturday morning “Try CrossFit” class at either 9:30am or 10:30am any Saturday you’d like, or you can attend one of our “Elements” classes. This will give you a look at our instructors, our membership, and how we structure our classes. Additional information about our Elements program can be found HERE.
