50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Presses (45#/35#)
50 Supermans (lay on stomach, lift arms and legs off of floor, leaving only the hips in contact with floor)
50 Wall balls (20#/12#)
50 Double Unders
This is a BRUTAL workout. If you’ve never done filthy 50, you may want to try a dirty 30 first, which may STILL be pretty rough…
