ANNOUNCEMENTS:
This Saturday (June 16th) is our CrossFit Denver/South Denver Park Day in Washington Park! Our group will be assembling at 3pm near the corner of Mississippi and Franklin.
Bill will be competing in the Legends Competition at Alpine CrossFit this Friday and Saturday! Some folks will be heading to Alpine to cheer Bill on in his 8pm heat this Friday (June 15th). Clark will be going to Alpine on Saturday (June 16th) after the 10:30am WOD to support Bill, and you are more than welcome to join him if you’d like to come check out the competition!
