ANNOUNCEMENTS:
This Saturday (June 16th) is our CrossFit Denver/South Denver Park Day in Washington Park! Our group will be assembling at 3pm near the corner of Mississippi and Franklin.
Bill will be competing in the Legends Competition at Alpine CrossFit this Friday and Saturday! Some folks will be heading to Alpine to cheer Bill on in his 8pm heat this Friday (June 15th). Clark will be going to Alpine on Saturday after the 10:30am WOD to support Bill, and you are more than welcome to join him if you’d like to come check out the competition!

Overhead Squat 3-3-3 reps
Front Squat 3-3-3 reps
Back Squat 3-3-3 reps
Warm up with a couple sets of each squat at a fairly light weight, then move into the triples.
Generally, you can back squat more than you can front squat; and you can front squat more than you can overhead squat. As such, you should be able to continually increase the weight slightly throughout the workout.
Please note the max weight. Please note any weights used to build up to the max weight, as well as modifications in the ”Why not Rx” section.

Elements: 7:30pm
